Michelle has worked in the field of Mental Health, Substance Use, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for over 20 years. Michelle is a graduate of Gardner Webb University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and received her master's degree from Montreat College in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of NC. Michelle has been a Reiki practitioner under the lineage of Gail Allen (Panacea Healing Arts and Wellness Center Salisbury, NC) since 2019. She specializes in dual diagnosis (MH/IDD) with a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Stress Management. Michelle's practice theory is a combination of Mindfulness, Third-Wave Cognitive Behavioral Theories, and Energy Healing. Michelle is also EMDR trained. Michelle also has a passion for training and educating providers to plant seeds in making a positive influence in health care in NC.

Rachel Rogers MA, NCC, LCMHC


Rachel works with individuals from a variety of backgrounds on issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and other mental health and life concerns. She is trained in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, a trauma informed approach to structuring of interventions. Rachel is a credentialed Positive Parenting Program provider of seminars and individual parenting treatment, and is a Certified Mindful Schools Educator. She has 18 years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She conducts comprehensive clinical assessments and practice evidence-based psychotherapy using a compassionate, developmentally-informed, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach. Rachel's goal is to create a nurturing relationship with all clients and finds that it is crucial to discuss things openly and honestly. Therapy is best provided in an atmosphere of safety and trust, which she will do her best to provide for you.

Lori Breland MA, NCC, LCMHCA


Lori works with a variety of clientele, with a range of all races and ethnic backgrounds. She is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mental Health First Aid USA, Darkness to Light Stewards of Children, Telehealth Certification for Mental Health Professionals and is a National Certified Counselor. Lori has a passion for working with adolescents and young adults. She uses a variety of techniques and modalities to include: DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), group work, couples’ therapy, individual therapy, skills coaching, expressive art therapy, bariatric skills coaching and testing, grief and loss and music therapy. Her goal is help clients live their best lives by being the best version of themselves.
